  Mr. Jenkins has provided me with plumbing repairs on two occasions, and provided excellent service both times. Same day service with professional installation. Reasonable rates. He has installed a water line for my refrigerator, replaced the thermocouple on my hot water heater, and replaced three faucets. I highly recommend him to friends and coworkers.
  
  Mr. Jenkins also provided outstanding support and service in getting the hot water manufacturer to replace my unit under warranty (I had to pay for labor). We first tried to replace a failed part, but when the manufacturer sent me the wrong replacement part, and having been without hot water for a week, Mr Jenkins called the manufacturer and negotiated the replacement of the whole water heater under warranty. There was a lot of time and frustration dealing with the manufacturer that Mr Jenkins did on my behalf, and this "above and beyond" service was greatly appreciated.
